What to do with neighbor?
I live in a duplex and my neighbor has children, the cry of mourn, beating up and down stairs, and are real pain in the @ $ $. And there are adults slam door so hard that I hit my wall clock. Ive left a note explaining that they are very very noisey, but the husband came in his path threatened to beat my husband and it was super crazy (your not nice people at all!) I've even mentioned it to my home and everything he says is "well I've been here much longer then the previous tenants and didn't have a problem with them now? im losing sleep and not want to spend as The rent is super cheap. What should I do?
