I am traveling to Italy this summer and would like to take a train from Venice to Florence. I am coming across numerous websites with train tickets. Are they all the same railway? Are some of them just acting as a “ticket master” for trains (like for concerts here where they sell tickets at convenient venues and jack up the price)? Is there an Amtrak like train I can take where I will be guaranteed a seat?.
